Giuseppe is an Attorney admitted to practice before the highest courts, with a well-established practice in intellectual and industrial property and a strong focus on copyright law in the publishing, cinema, and television sectors.
He advises Italian and international clients on complex IP litigation as well as on the negotiation and drafting of national and cross-border agreements relating to publishing activities and audiovisual production.
His experience also includes patent, trademark, and unfair competition matters, assisting industrial and commercial companies across a wide range of sectors with strategic and commercially focused advice.
Giuseppe has developed significant expertise in the regulation of network industries, particularly within the TMT sector, and regularly represents clients before national communications and competition authorities, combining regulatory insight with a deep understanding of technology-driven markets.
In recent years, he has further expanded his practice to address intellectual property issues arising from the use of artificial intelligence, advising companies operating in the creative industries – including cinema, publishing, and media – on innovative projects where legal protection, technology, and creativity intersect.
He has served as an advisor to the Italian Prime Minister’s Office, supporting the Department of Equal Opportunities (National Anti-Racial Discrimination Office) on matters of economic law and the Department of Economic Affairs (Information Society Forum) on telecommunications liberalization and regulation. Giuseppe has also participated in high-level study groups promoted by the Bordoni Foundation and the Rosselli Foundation on standardization and intellectual property in the ICT sector, as well as initiatives organized by the Institute for Media Multimedia Studies and Innovation (ISIMM) on the evolution of television markets and new broadcasting platforms.
He holds a Ph.D. in Economic Law from the University of Foggia and lectures Industrial Property Law at LUISS “Guido Carli” University in Rome, where he is also involved in postgraduate programmes at LUISS Business School focusing on intellectual property, competition law, and telecommunications regulation.
