Giuseppe has developed significant expertise in the regulation of network industries, particularly within the TMT sector, and regularly represents clients before national communications and competition authorities, combining regulatory insight with a deep understanding of technology-driven markets.
In recent years, he has further expanded his practice to address intellectual property issues arising from the use of artificial intelligence, advising companies operating in the creative industries – including cinema, publishing, and media – on innovative projects where legal protection, technology, and creativity intersect.
He has served as an advisor to the Italian Prime Minister’s Office, supporting the Department of Equal Opportunities (National Anti-Racial Discrimination Office) on matters of economic law and the Department of Economic Affairs (Information Society Forum) on telecommunications liberalization and regulation. Giuseppe has also participated in high-level study groups promoted by the Bordoni Foundation and the Rosselli Foundation on standardization and intellectual property in the ICT sector, as well as initiatives organized by the Institute for Media Multimedia Studies and Innovation (ISIMM) on the evolution of television markets and new broadcasting platforms.
He holds a Ph.D. in Economic Law from the University of Foggia and lectures Industrial Property Law at LUISS “Guido Carli” University in Rome, where he is also involved in postgraduate programmes at LUISS Business School focusing on intellectual property, competition law, and telecommunications regulation.
Giuseppe is the author of numerous publications on intellectual property and telecommunications regulation and is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on industrial and IP law.
Giuseppe holds a degree in law cum laude from LUISS “Guido Carli” University in Rome. His degree thesis was deemed worthy of publication. He also has a research doctorate in Economics Law.
