Claudia Rita Guadalupi

Claudia mainly deals with non-contentious advice and contentious assistance to Italian and foreign clients in all the main areas of economic criminal law, particularly focusing on corporate, insolvency and tax criminal law, as well as offenses against the Public Administration, cybercrime, environmental criminal law and workers’ health and safety.

A large part of her role is helping clients in relation to criminal litigation, investigations, compliance, risk and crisis management.

She also provides assistance to several Italian and multinational groups in many sectors (energy, hygiene, distribution, industrial production, etc.) both with regard to compliance issues and in criminal proceedings, assisting both the company and its representatives, as defendants or civil parties, before criminal Courts.

During her work experience, Claudia had been a member of the legal team assisting clients in important judicial proceedings related to environmental disasters and poisoning (the well-known “ILVA” Trial).  

She has drafted and updated various organisational and management Models under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, pertaining the administrative liability of entities.

Claudia graduated with honours from the Università Cattolica of Milan with a dissertation on criminal law entitled “Criminal law and food safety protection”. She obtained a diploma from the postgraduate School for the Legal Professions at Università Cattolica of Milan and carried out an internship at the Court of Milan.

She cooperates with the magazine Salvis Juribus.
