He advises domestic and international financial institutions, corporate lenders and corporate borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions including real estate finance, development finance, acquisition finance and general corporate lending. James also regularly collaborates withs our Energy and Natural Resources team, advising on domestic and international financial institutions, institutional investors and developers on a range of renewable energy projects.
