From 6 April 2023, the limits applying to some awards made by the Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal in Northern Ireland will increase.

We have set out below detail of the current and new limits in Northern Ireland alongside the new rates which will come into effect in Great Britain for ease of reference.
