Erika Tuvike specialises in labour law, data protection, intellectual property, and information technology law, and has nearly ten years of experience advising clients. She has participated in numerous complex projects, and her practice also covers privacy law, among other areas.
Erika advises clients on the drafting of employment contracts and other work-related documents, as well as on matters concerning occupational safety, working hours, benefits, and compliance requirements. She also has extensive experience in labour disputes, including those arising from crises such as COVID-19, and provides support to clients in litigation.
Erika regularly delivers lectures at labour law and data protection seminars and has published several articles in the media.
