Pekka advises clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, as well as lease agreements, construction disputes and housing matters. He also advises on contract law and represents clients in litigation. Pekka is co-head of the Real Estate practice at Eversheds Sutherland Finland.
In the field of insolvency law, Pekka regularly acts as trustee and administrator in complex bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. He also represents creditors in insolvency matters, including recovery actions and other contentious proceedings.
Pekka currently advises several real estate owners and developers, as well as real estate service providers. In insolvency matters, he serves as supervisor in the restructuring proceedings of Eltete Oy and Eltete TPM Oy.
