Cleve is a Corporate partner advising clients on M&A, commercial transactions, corporate governance and outside general counsel services. 
His corporate clients include middle market energy companies, real estate development companies, private equity portfolio companies, family offices and financial services companies. 

Cleve’s nearly two decades of legal practice includes in-house experience as general counsel and CFO of an energy services company. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas. 

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he practiced in the Houston office of a major national law firm.
