Rose is an Australian-qualified associate in our Construction & Engineering group, based in London.
She specialises in construction litigation and advises clients on complex contentious matters across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, energy, and real estate.
Rose’s recent experience includes:
- assisting on a strategic adjudication relating to design and installation defects of MEP services on a prime central London development
- advising the Contractor of a solar power plant in the UK in relation to the commercial resolution of a wide spread design defect
- advising the Contractor for the commissioning of an off shore pipeline in the Middle East in relation to a dispute regarding various delay claims
- advising the Employer of an offshore wind project in Taiwan owned by a Danish infrastructure fund specialising in renewables in relation to management of defective works, variations and extension of time claims*
- representing an electricity network company in relation to court proceedings regarding an electrical failure event at a Desalination Plant*
- advising a State entity in relation to various major defects arising during the delivery phase of a major tunnelling project*
- representing a Japanese oil company in various matters including international arbitration and injunctions relating to billion-dollar EPC Contracts for the a large scale LNG project*
