Eversheds Sutherland advises Anthesis Consulting Group Limited on its merger with Revolt Communications LimitedJanuary 11, 2024 We are pleased to have advised our client Anthesis Group Limited, a leading global sustainability advisory and solutions firm, on its merger with Revolt Communications Limited, a global purpose strategy specialist group. Established in 2017 by co-founders Alex Lewis and Pete Bardell and with headquarters in London and operations in New York, Revolt has grown into a team of over 70+ market-leading experts supporting C-Suite decision makers with innovative large-scale projects across sustainability and DEI strategy, communications, and creative execution. Revolt’s key clients include Mars Inc., PepsiCo, ABInBev, KraftHeinz, Diageo, L’Oréal and Syngenta. The team was led by James Finney (Partner) along with Amy Bagni (Senior Associate) and Danielle Pym (Associate). Partners Colin Askew and Gorringe Mathew also led on key workstreams as part of the transaction. The wider team comprised members of our employment, pensions, real estate and commercial practice groups.
