Edouard advises French and international clients in the areas of intellectual property, data protection and information technology, in particular in the context of corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Edouard was an associate at a global American firm.
Edouard holds a Master’s degree in business law from Sciences Po Law School.
