Elisa Polystar is a a world-leading network automation and analytics solutions provider, serving over 120 CSPs (communications service provider) globally.

Frinx s.r.o. is a Slovak software company founded in 2016. Frinx helps communication service providers automate their network configuration management.

For Eversheds Sutherland Slovakia, the transaction was led by Petra Markova and Štefan Palkovič.
