The transaction comprises two fully let, DGNB Gold certified big box warehouses totalling more than 49,000 sqm. Located in Epfendorf and Geislingen an der Steige, the properties offer modern specifications, strong occupier demand fundamentals, and strategic positioning within one of Southern Germany’s most competitive logistics corridors.
