- The sellers in a share sale where the sellers sold the shares in Verkonrakentaja Wire Oy, a Finnish network construction company, to Aterion AB
- Linkity Oy and its shareholders in a transaction that strengthened the company’s ownership structure through growth financing from family-owned investment company Hartwall Capital
- Vaski Group Oy in an acquisition where it acquired 100% of the shares in Ursviken Group Oy
- The Dutch subsidiary Inter Act B.V. of Wienerberger AG, listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, when it acquired a majority shareholding in the Finnish water management technology company Slatek Oy
- CapMan Special Situations fund as it acquired a majority shareholding in Nonna Group Oy, and further Nonna Group Oy in the acquisition of Aurahovi Oy
- Greencoat Renewables Plc on the sale of the Kokkoneva wind farm with a 43.2 MW capacity
- Aro Systems Oy, a portfolio company of CapMan Special Situations fund, as it acquired all shares in Kantaputki Oy
- Elcoline Group Oy in a capital investment into the company by EAB Private Equity, Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Tesi (Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy) and Arvo Sijoitusosuuskunta, in the acquisition of SSG Sahala Oy, in the acquisition of the maintenance and industrial services business of the Swedish Maintpartner AB and in the acquisition of a significant portfolio of maintenance operations from Caverion Industria Ltd
