Gabrielle Honey

Gabrielle has significant experience handling cross-border M&A projects, restructurings and joint ventures and advises across a broad range of corporate and commercial issues. She has particular sector experience in the professional services, consumer, retail, healthcare and financial services sectors.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Gabrielle was seconded to the Office of General Counsel of PwC China, where she was responsible for project managing large value and complex transactions, typically involving multiple jurisdictions.

Gabrielle is admitted in Hong Kong and Queensland, Australia.
