Lauren is a construction and engineering specialist advising on major real estate construction projects across a variety of sectors. Lauren provides project developers, investors and financiers with strategic procurement advice and drafts and negotiates all construction documentation. Lauren also assists clients with navigating the Building Safety Act 2022 where the project involves a higher-risk building.
