Daniel has acted for High Net Worth individuals and large, multi-national corporations across different industries in complex, high-value disputes at all levels including before the High Court, Tax Tribunals and Court of Appeal.
Daniel has an in-depth knowledge of HMRC’s powers and procedures and an ability to readily understand the key tax risks and compliance issues impacting complex businesses. He is experienced in supporting clients at all stages of the HMRC enquiry process, identifying pragmatic and commercial solutions, through to final resolution before the Courts and Tribunals.
