Eversheds Sutherland advised the owners of Rohea Software Oy, a Finnish provider of the SaaS-based Front Service platform PACE for the financial and insurance sector, on its sale to Evitec.
Our work spanned both financial and legal advisory. On the financial side, the team prepared the investment memorandum, compiled the financial materials, and managed buyer outreach and the competitive sale process. On the legal side, the team maintained the data room, assisted with the seller-side financial and legal due diligence, negotiated and finalized the transaction documentation with its relevant appendices.
The matter was led by Juha Ilola, together with Henri Falck and Amos Iirola on the financial advisory side, and with data room support from Riia Ruohomäki and Sanni Tirkkonen.
