Lorraine heads up the international HR team and is a member of the Executive.
Prior to becoming Chief People Officer, Lorraine was our Head of Performance, Development and Reward, responsible for the firm’s approach to driving and rewarding high performance, delivering a new base pay strategy and developing and retaining our talent.
Lorraine has held a number of roles across the firm including Head of Talent internationally and Head of HR at a regional and practice group level and as a Training Manager.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Lorraine worked for Commercial Union in both general management and HR roles. Lorraine completed her BA in Finance from Bournemouth University and went on to complete her Masters in Organisational Development from Cardiff University.
