Law360 reports on the UK Pension Protection Fund’s sale of Kodak Alaris Holdings Limited (KAHL) to an affiliate of Kingswood Capital Management. 

The transaction involved the sale of KAHL’s two business units: (1) Kodak Moments, which is a leading global provider of photo products and services to retailers, consumers, and entertainment properties, and (2) Kodak Alaris, which is one of the largest global providers of data capture and processing solutions through its award-winning software, document scanners, and services. 

The firm acted as lead counsel to the Board of the Pension Protection Fund and Kodak Alaris Holdings Limited in connection with the transaction.
