Eversheds Sutherland reappointed to the UK's Government Commercial Agency legal services framework

Eversheds Sutherland has been appointed to the following Lots on the Framework: Full Legal Service Provision for all Public Sector (Lot 1a); Focused Legal Support (Lot 2); Litigation and Disputes (Lot 3); Projects and Complex Advice including PPP (Lot 4); and Transport and Rail (Lot 5). 

The panel will provide public sector buyers with the ability to source comprehensive legal support across a comprehensive range of commonly in demand legal services including  commercial projects, employment, procurement and dispute resolution as well as more specialist areas, such as public inquiries, data protection, transport and rail, and public law matters.
