This virtual live course which will help employers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to navigate the evolving legal landscape, ensuring compliance with recently updated labour law regulations to foster a productive and equitable work environment.
A number of significant changes were introduced to the KSA Labour Law in February 2025 and this course will provide insight to how those changes are now being interpreted in practice, and in the Courts. Key aspects of the recent changes include changes to overtime compensation, the addition of resignation as a lawful means of termination and the enforceability of the Qiwa contract in relation to wage matters. The course also covers the basics of the KSA Labour Law from recruitment to termination including regulating working hours, specifying leave entitlements, and addressing termination procedures. In addition, it provides detail of the foundations of Saudization initiative, encouraging and requiring the hiring, and training, of KSA nationals in the workforce.
Employers in KSA must navigate the complex and evolving legal landscape, ensuring compliance with the KSA Labour Law and supporting labour regulations and decisions to foster a productive and equitable work environment.

A prior knowledge of employment law in the KSA is not required to attend this course.
