Eversheds Sutherland has advised Sherry FitzGerald, Ireland’s largest residential property and advisory firm, on its proposed acquisition of Knight Frank Ireland, the country’s leading commercial real estate advisor. The transaction marks a significant strategic move, reflecting Sherry FitzGerald’s ambition to expand its footprint across both residential and commercial sectors. Once completed, the deal will represent one of the most notable developments in the Irish property market this year. The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Partner, Mary Kiely (M&A) supported by Senior Associate, Vanessa Lawlor (M&A) and Associate, Kiain Fleming (M&A).
