Davide Proverbio joins Eversheds Sutherland (Europe) as a Partner

Eversheds Sutherland (Europe) announces that, as part of Eversheds Sutherland (International) collaboration agreement with KWM (China), Davide Proverbio has joined the firm’s Italian office effective January 1, 2024.

Davide’s activity focuses on corporate and M&A with particular emphasis on private equity; since 2012 he was a Partner at KWM (China) (for the last six years as Managing Partner for Italy) and, previously, at Pedersoli, DLA Piper and Norton Rose Fulbright.

Davide Proverbio joins with a team comprising Giulia Zoccarato (senior associate) and Irene Munaretto (trainee) and will be co-heading the Corporate M&A department together with Giuseppe Celli.
