Taimur leads the development and execution of Konexo’s US strategy and services, including:

• Interim resourcing
• Investigations, due diligence, and remediation
• Litigation support and eDiscovery
• Legal department optimization, including operating models, tech and AI
• Contract Lifecycle Management, including contract extraction and commercial contracting
• Regulatory research
• Global legal entity management

Collaborating with colleagues across Eversheds Sutherland’s global network, Taimur ensures Konexo’s solutions leverage agile talent, smart technology, and streamlined processes to help clients efficiently manage high-volume and time-sensitive legal work.

He has extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and legal managed services projects for corporate legal departments, compliance, procurement and front-office functions across highly regulated industries, including financial services, government, and pharmaceuticals. He has led projects involving global discovery and investigations, process optimization, multi-year technology roadmap and implementations, AI and data analytics, contract lifecycle management, operating model design and change management, privacy and cyber response.

Before leading Konexo US, Taimur spearheaded the Financial Services legal transformation practice at a Big Four consulting firm where he helped transform and optimize legal teams across banking and capital markets, insurance, asset manager and broker dealers. Earlier in his career, he managed large-scale eDiscovery and investigations projects at a global business consultancy.

He regularly shares thought leadership at industry events and conferences, including CLOC, LegalTech Hub, Legal Geek, SIFMA and more.

He is a licensed attorney in the State of Georgia.
