Eversheds Sutherland successfully advised Swisscom, the largest telecommunications company and one of the largest IT companies in Switzerland, on the acquisition of MTF Group. MTF Group is an established provider of IT services for SMEs. We provided legal support and advice to Swisscom in the due diligence process, in the drafting of the share purchase agreement as well as in the contract negotiations.

The core team on this transaction consisted of Daniel Bachmann (lead Partner), Alexander Schütz and Michel Verde (Senior Associates) as well as Natalie Schwager(Associate) (Corporate, M&A).
