The buyer was Storebrand Real Estate. The portfolio covers approximately 54,100 sqms of leasable area across prime locations in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. The transaction represents one of the largest residential portfolio deals in the Finnish marketin recent years. The transaction underscores the continued recovery in international investor confidence and appetite for substantial residential assets in Finland’s most liquid residential market.
