Further assistance was provided by Partners Elizabeth Marshall, Claire Morgan (both competition) and Colin Askew (tax), Legal Director Nicolette Sanders (governments and infrastructure) and Associate Iulian Bajko (competition). The global law firm has been a part of Homes England’s legal services panel since its formation in 2018.
