(“Cormetech”), following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions including all regulatory approvals. JM is a world leader in platinum group metals (PGMs). For over 200 years, JM has used advanced metals chemistry to tackle the world's biggest challenges. Johnson Matthey’s Clean Air Solutions business serves the stationary emissions market in the marine, industrial and utilities segments through Selective Catalytic Reduction (“SCR”) and oxidation catalysts, system and service offerings for diesel and gas-based power generation. Cormetech is a globally leading, high-growth US manufacturer of SCR catalysts serving over 400 long-standing customers.
