Alexander Wojtek is a partner in the firm’s international project finance team, advising borrowers, sponsors, lenders, alternative debt funds, IPPs and asset managers on complex project finance transactions.
He advises national and international clients on project financings, joint ventures and other strategic combinations, with a focus on renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
Alexander has particular expertise in the financing of onshore and offshore wind farms, photovoltaic power plants and other power generation assets, including German law governed offshore wind projects in the German North Sea.
Alexander has held senior positions at leading law firms and worked within project finance teams at international law firms and a major financial institution in Frankfurt, London and Hamburg.
